Baku: 'Approximately 29 percent of the graduates of the six-month IT SkillSprint program have already secured employment following its successful completion,' said Vusala Gurbanova, Head of the Digital Competencies Development Department at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), in a statement to journalists at the closing ceremony of the IT SkillSprint international digital skills education program for higher education institutions.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the project was implemented based on the Triple Helix model, an internationally recognized framework for cooperation among universities, industry, and government. This model facilitated a collaborative environment where students could acquire practical skills aligned with industry needs.

Vusala Gurbanova highlighted that the knowledge and skills acquired by students who successfully completed the program on the Ironhack platform will be recognized by the higher education institutions where they study and credited toward their academic programs. This recognition aims to integrate the program's outcomes into the students' formal education, enhancing their prospects in the job market.
