“I am from the Netherlands and today I am visiting Garabagh, I have written a book about what happened in Garabagh,” said Dutch writer Henry Van Rens, who visited Aghdam region within the framework of the International Forum on Healthy Environment and Mine-Free Life to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) organized by Azerbaijan’s Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), APA reports.
‘Because in my country people do not know anything about Azerbaijan, Garabagh. Today, only thing that they talk about is ‘Armenian genocide’. And I say do not make me laugh whenever I hear about ‘Armenian genocide’. My book embraces the period of 1988-1994. This is history,’ he emphasized.
