The Azerbaijani Interior Ministry has issued a statement on which identity cards to be used by citizens to travel to Turkey, the Ministry told APA.

Mutual visa-free travel of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey is carried out on the basis of a new generation biometric ID card that meets the requirements of document 9303 of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
