Baku:President Ilham Aliyev, Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party YAP), addressed the 8th Congress of YAP, highlighting its significance as the first congress since Azerbaijan fully restored its territorial integrity and sovereignty.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev reflected on the changes since the previous 7th Congress, which was held shortly after Azerbaijan's victory in the Second Garabagh War.
