Baku: Zaur Aliyev, the former Chairman of the Board of the State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance, has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. This appointment was confirmed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population in response to an inquiry from APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the appointment was made official when President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to this effect. Zaur Aliyev's new role as Deputy Minister marks a significant transition from his previous position, where he played a key role in the country's health insurance framework.
