BAKU – The process of distributing ballot papers for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan commenced today, with the elections set to reshape the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament).
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the ballot papers are being delivered from the Central Election Commission to district election commissions, with the completion of distribution expected by August 27. A total of 6,516,567 ballots have been printed following the Election Code, which dictates the text, form, number, and preparation procedures for ballots. The parliamentary elections are slated for September 1.
