GUBADLI — The Ministry of Emergency Situations in Azerbaijan successfully contained a fire in the Gubadli district, preventing it from reaching a nearby forest area, the press service of the Ministry reported.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the fire, reported in the villages of Mirler, Goyyal, Hartiz, and Selali, was quickly addressed by the State Fire Protection Service. The area, characterized by bushes and dry grass, posed a high risk for the fire to spread to an adjacent forest strip. Rapid intervention by the firefighters ensured the blaze was extinguished promptly, preventing significant damage.
