By decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan import of equipment and materials to the country within the framework of projects of reconstruction of large oil refineries was exempted from customs duties beginning from January 1, 2023, APA reports citing the Cabinet of Ministers.

The decree will remain in effect for two years.

The corresponding amendments were made to the decree “on the rates of customs duties for export-import operations in Azerbaijan”.
