In January-November of this year, near 6 mln. tons of oil were refined in Azerbaijan, which is 5.3% more in annual comparison, APA-Economics reports citing the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

Note that, during January-November of last year, 5,7 mln. tons oil were refined in Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that oil in Azerbaijan is processed at Baku Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev fonded in 1953. The plant fully meets the republic’s demand for oil products.
