Tallinn: Azerbaijani judokas secured two gold medals and one silver at the European Junior Judo Championship in Tallinn, Estonia, Apasport.az reports. The national team demonstrated strong performances across several weight classes.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Konul Aliyeva won the first gold medal for Azerbaijan in the 52 kg weight class, defeating all her opponents to claim the championship. Fidan Alizade also took home a gold medal in the 57 kg category after winning against Georgian Nino Loladze in the final. In the 60 kg weight class, Nizami Imranov earned a silver medal after advancing through multiple rounds but losing to Ukraine’s Nazar Viskova in the final.

The Azerbaijani team continues to compete, aiming to add more medals to its tally at the tournament.
