Shahin Bayramov Vagif has been appointed as the rector of Garabagh University, APA reports.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order in this regard.

By another Order of the head of state, Shahin Bayramov was dismissed from the post of rector of Mingachevir State University.
