Baku: Azerbaijani shooters will showcase their skills at the ISSF World Cup kicked off today in Egypt’s capital Cairo.

Azerbaijan’s hopes are pinned on shooters Ruslan Lunev who will join 10m Air Pistol Men and 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Men events, and Nigar Nasirova who will test her strength at 10m Air Pistol Women and 25m Pistol Women events, respectively.

The Azerbaijani shooters will also compete in a 10m Air Pistol Mixed team competition.

The World Cup will run until February 1.
