Baku: Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev has emphasized that certain areas of law are gradually becoming obsolete, as highlighted during his address at the LEGIS Legal Forum. He noted that the country's dynamic development is guided by successful reforms under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, asserting the need for effective collaboration between public and private sectors.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Aliyev pointed out that legal science is adapting to societal changes, leading to new areas of law. He stressed the importance of considering various factors when adopting new laws, highlighting the recent trend of employing only lawyers in the Prosecutor's Office to enhance the development of legal education. Aliyev emphasized that legal education should foster critical thinking, with lawyers understanding the fundamental realities of the law beyond its technical application.
Aliyev also underscored the significance of integrating information technologies into higher education, arguing that artificial intelligence does not conflict with human intelligence but rather enhances intellectual capacity.
