The competition commission of the executive power of the Ismayilly region announced on October 24 the termination of the contract with “Kaspian Az” LLC for the repair of roads in the regional center. The initiator of such a decision was the company itself, which signed a contract with the Ismayilly region executive power on September 23 worth 469.700 manats ($276.300).

“Kaspian Az” LLC addressed the customer on October 21 with a letter stating that the company is unable to fulfill contractual obligations for road repairs.

According to the results of the tender, the executive power of Ismayilly region planned to repair T.Ismayylov, Shirvan, Oguz, Gafgaz, Shirvanshah, J.Mammadguluzade, Javad Khan, Samandar Rzayev, Zafar Mirzayev and other streets by the end of this year, laying 2 asphalt concrete layers 7 cm thick.

It is noteworthy that in June this year the “Capital Construction and Repair of the Baku City” LLC under the executive power of Baku concluded the contract with the same company for the repair, reconstruction and arrangement of sidewalks, courtyards, parks and alleys in the amount of 26 million 459.000 manats ($ 15 million 564.000).

The work is to be completed by the end of this year. At the same time, the “Kaspian Az”, according to the State Tax Service, has debts to the state budget in the amount of 972.400 manats.
