Baku: Azerbaijan's accession to the Consultative Meetings of Heads of State of Central Asia marks a new chapter in regional cooperation. This meeting represents an important step in this direction, as articulated by Shiri Shiriyev, Director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the Institute of International Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during the International Conference on 'C6: One Region, Shared Future - Enhancing Strategic Dialogue' held in Baku.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Shiriyev emphasized that the C6 format is not merely a platform for dialogue, but a dynamic mechanism that allows for finding common solutions amid global instability. It also facilitates building sustainable economic ties based on mutual benefit and strengthening trust through humanitarian cooperation and the exchange of experiences.
In his address, Shiriyev highlighted the crucial role of the expert community in fostering regional cooperation and dialogue through the C6 format. He noted that analysts, researchers, and think tank representatives are instrumental in transforming ideas into concrete mechanisms of cooperation. This collaboration is essential in anticipating risks and seizing emerging opportunities.
