Sabirabad: An 11-year-old child has died of food poisoning in Sabirabad, APA's Mil-Mughan bureau reports. Last night, four members of a family-residents of Sarakhanbeyli village in Sabirabad district-were admitted to the Shirvan hospital with a suspected diagnosis of food poisoning.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, after their stomachs were washed, the family members were discharged home. However, the condition of one of them, Huseyn Javanshir Jafarov, born in 2015, worsened, and he was taken back to the hospital. When the minor was brought to the medical facility again at around 15:00 today, his death was recorded before medical assistance could be provided.

Preliminary information indicates that the family's poisoning was caused by a canned vegetable product. An investigation is underway.
