At the beginning of the century, during the collection of archival documents highlighting the deportations, genocides and massacres that took place in 1905-1906, 1918-1920, and later in 1948-1953, along with numerous local historical archival documents, copies of foreign archival documents were also obtained and added to the criminal case, said Deputy Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Elmar Jamalov during the public hearing on “Return to Western Azerbaijan: Legal aspects” in the Milli Majlis, APA reports.
