The volume of gas transportation via the Greece-Bulgaria interconnector (IGB) in June amounted to 1,178,785 MW/hour against 1,071,576 MW/hour in May, the ICGB, the operator of the gas pipeline reported. Thus, in June, a 10% increase in gas supplies through this interconnector was recorded compared to the previous month. The volume of transportation during this period peaked at 1,777,260 MW/hour in February, and the lowest level was recorded in May - 1,071,576 MW/hour. The Greece-Bulgaria interconnector began commercial deliveries on October 1, 2022. It mainly transports Azerbaijani gas extracted from the 'Shah Deniz' field
