Baku: The ninth car in Nar's '€š¬¡oox Sansli' lottery has been awarded, with Ramin Karimov emerging as the latest winner of a Haval H6 Ultra vehicle. Nar, known as an affordable mobile operator, celebrated the occasion by officially handing over the keys to Karimov.
