Baku: Russia has executed another shipment of goods to Armenia, utilizing transit routes through Azerbaijan. A consignment composed of four railcars, each carrying 280 tons of wheat, and an additional four railcars transporting 277 tons of fertilizer, was dispatched from Bilajari station and is directed towards the Boyuk Kasik region.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this recent shipment adds to the substantial volumes of goods previously transported from Russia to Armenia through Azerbaijan. To date, over 28,000 tons of grain, more than 4,000 tons of fertilizer, 133 tons of aluminum, and 68 tons of buckwheat have made their way to Armenia via this route.
In addition to these transit shipments, Azerbaijan has also been exporting petroleum products to Armenia. The exports have included over 10,000 tons of diesel fuel, 979 tons of AI-92 gasoline, and 2,955 tons of AI-95 gasoline, highlighting the ongoing trade between the neighboring countries.
