As of September 1, there were 745.600 active taxpayers in Azerbaijan, which is up by 4.7% from the beginning of the year, the press service of the State Tax Service reports.

At that, the number of VAT payers has also grown during this period. At the beginning of September, 43.600 physical and legal entities paid VAT, which is up by 9.3% from the beginning of January 2023
