The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has fined an official of "Pasha Kapital" investment company within the framework of current control processes. This was reported by the CBA. This person, whose name is not disclosed, violated the requirements of the Laws "On Securities Market", "Procedure of Investment Services (Operations) by Investment Companies" and "Procedure of Margin Trading" and was fined a total amount of AZN 6,200 in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences. The mentioned errors and deficiencies did not affect the capital adequacy and financial stability of the investment company.
