Baku: The CIS Economic Council has conducted a review of essential cooperation areas that will guide the member states through 2030. The discussions focused on enhancing economic collaboration and addressing shared challenges faced by the member countries.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting also included talks on the Azerbaijan-Italy strategic partnership, emphasizing the importance of bilateral relations. Additionally, Azerbaijan marked its Armed Forces Day at NATO, highlighting its commitment to international defense collaborations.
The discussions further covered Azerbaijan's call to strengthen trust in the climate process, particularly as the nation prepares for COP31 in London. Plans were also made to organize a Climate Week for Eastern Europe in Baku, aiming to foster regional cooperation on environmental issues.
