Construction and Repair Management" No. 19 LLC (TIN: 4700367351) announced today as the winner of open tender for purchase of earthworks for the general vertical layout of the village of Makhryzly, Gubadly region as a part of its reconstruction project. According to the public procurement portal, the work may cost the "Construction and Repair Management" in the East Zangezur Economic Region 2 million 312,000 manats. The works are to be executed within 60 days after the conclusion of the contract between the parties. Note that the vertical planning is a set of measures aimed at engineering preparation of the site for further development. The two-card scheme of vertical planning and engineering preparation of the territory includes the dumping of soil and its leveling, as well as the compaction. It may reminded that the village of Makhryzly is located 19 kilometers from the region center of Gubadly. Total designed area of the village is 197 hectares. The town-planning justification of the village was compiled by the state design institute "Azergosproekt" in 2022 in the amount of 360,000 manats. Add that the villages of Alagurshag and Muganly destroyed by the Armenian armed forces are also included in this populated area. It is provided that more than 2,700 people, or 690 families, will live in the new village. At the initial stage, it is planned to build 145 houses and settle 650 people. A school, a kindergarten, an administrative building, a club and community center, a multifunctional building, a market complex, a sports and wellness center, a craft workshop, a medical center, a ceremonial hall, a teahouse will also be built in the village.
