Bishkek - President Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan has initiated the construction of the country's first high-rise multifunctional hotel complex, Manas Tower 45, in Bishkek. This development was reported by the press service of the head of state.
According to 24.kg News Agency, this project marks the first time such a high-rise complex is being constructed in the history of the republic. The Department of Presidential Affairs, along with foreign investors, are key contributors to this venture. The construction of the complex is anticipated to be completed within 2.5 to 3 years.
The proposed structure of the Manas Tower 45 encompasses 45 floors. It is planned to include a five-star hotel, a business center, conference rooms, restaurants, a hypermarket, over 20,000 retail spaces, and an underground parking lot capable of accommodating 600 cars.
President Japarov, during the foundation laying ceremony, highlighted the importance of preserving the legacy of Kyrgyzstan's ancestors by building a developed and strong state. He emphasized the rapid development of the construction industry in the republic and the state's policy of creating favorable conditions for investors, offering various preferences and benefits. Japarov also noted the growth in both foreign and domestic tourism in Kyrgyzstan and the expanding scope of business and entrepreneurship cooperation.
The President expressed his expectation that the hotel complex would feature a modern design, adding to the city's beauty and offering comfortable conditions for its guests. He anticipates the hotel to become a unique and recognizable landmark in Bishkek.
Furthermore, Japarov revealed that, according to the project plans, the top of the building will house a helicopter and panoramic platforms. These features are intended to provide residents and visitors with the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of Bishkek from a height of over 200 meters. The complex is also expected to include various retail outlets, contributing to job creation for the local population.
