Treatment of Injured from AZAL Plane Crash Near Aktau Continues in Hospital


Aktau: Treatment of four individuals injured in the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane on the Baku-Grozny flight near Aktau is ongoing in medical institutions under the jurisdiction of TABIB. The injured include three women and one man, as reported by TABIB to APA.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, one woman is receiving medical care at the “Yeni Klinika.” Two individuals, a man and a woman, are undergoing physiotherapy at the Medical Rehabilitation Center, while another woman is being treated at the Balakan District Central Hospital at her request.



The individual who was initially admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the “Yeni Klinika” underwent surgery and is currently receiving inpatient treatment, with her condition assessed as moderate to severe. The patients at the Medical Rehabilitation Center are in satisfactory condition and continue their treatment in the Therapy Department. The condition of the patient in the Surgery Department of the Balakan District Central Hospital is described as moderate-severe but stable.



Out of the 17 people initially hospitalized at the “Yeni Klinika,” 13 have been discharged for outpatient treatment. The health status of those discharged is being monitored by relevant field doctors in their respective areas of residence.
