Baku: The Turkish Armed Forces Harmony Band, currently visiting Azerbaijan, took center stage at a concert held at the Heydar Aliyev Military Institute of the National Defense University to commemorate 26 June - Armed Forces Day. The event began with a solemn tribute, as attendees observed a minute of silence to honor the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, Mustafa Kemal Atatrk, and the martyrs from both countries who gave their lives for the independence and territorial integrity of their homelands. Following this, the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Turkey were performed by the military orchestra, setting a patriotic tone for the evening.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the concert program was diverse, featuring military-patriotic songs and various marches, alongside contemporary and classical pieces by renowned Azerbaijani, Turkish, and international composers. The performance by the Turkish Armed Forces Harmony Band was a significant cultural exchange, highlighting the strong military and cultural ties between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
