Baku: U.S. Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth Jacob Helberg will join Vice President James David Vance on February 9-11 during his visits to Milan, Italy, Yerevan, Armenia, and Baku, Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Helberg's visit to Armenia and Azerbaijan will advance President Trump's peace efforts and promote the TRIPP route.
